The IPL is a professional Twenty20 cricket league created and promoted by the BCCI and backed by the ICC.The next season of indian premier league has been scheduled from April .The most exciting form of cricket which last time made the whole world turn back and see india.The bcci launched ipl equivalent to english premier league.Ipl works on the basis of hiring foreign,indian players on the basis of auction.The IPL works on a franchise-system based on the American style of hiring players and transfers. These franchises were put for auction, where the highest bidder won the rights to own the team, representing each city.The teams are Bangalore Royal Challengers,Kings XI Punjab,Chennai Super Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders,Deccan Chargers,Mumbai Indians,Delhi Daredevils,Rajasthan Royals.Last time Rajasthan Royals won the ipl championship and with teams like chennai super kings,kings XI performing well it has raised many questions about who will be the the champion this time and because of these expectations the total IPL title sponsorship is worth Rs 200 crore (over $50 million),Television Rights has a record deal of cost $1.026 billion with these kind of things ipl is all set to begin soon and create a new sensation in the entertainment world.
